Uninstall Weather Watcher Live

Follow the steps below to uninstall Weather Watcher Live:

1.  Make sure Weather Watcher Live is not running. Select "Exit" from the Weather Watcher Live system tray icon menu to shut down Weather Watcher Live.

Note: If Weather Watcher Live is running, but you cannot see the Weather Watcher Live system tray icon, then end all ww.exe, dl.exe and getfile.exe processes from the Processes tab in the Windows Task Manager. Press ALT+CTRL+DEL to access the Windows Task Manager.

2.  Once, Weather Watcher Live has been closed, run the uninstall program from the Add/Remove section of the Windows Control Panel, or from the Weather Watcher Live folder in your Windows Start menu.

Note: In Windows Vista, the Add/Remove Windows Control Panel section has been renamed to Programs and Features.

3.  When you run Weather Watcher Live, it creates some files that contain your user settings. Since the uninstaller does not know those files exist, it will not remove them. You can manually remove them by deleting the "C:\Program Files\Weather Watcher Live" folder, or the folder where you installed Weather Watcher Live.
